The website has been set up to allow users to know more about the role and function of the PEMC. It will also act as a means of providing all stakeholders with information about Public Enterprises in the Republic of Seychelles.
The Republic of Seychelles has a total of 31 Public Enterprises including all subsidiaries operating within diverse sectors of the economy to serve the people of Seychelles.
Our Mandate
“The principal object of the Commission is to monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the Public Enterprises, ensure efficient operation of such Enterprises, promote ethics of good governance in all business transactions, including financial matters such as investments and budget, give recommendations to improve performance and thus increase the return on investments.”
