As per Section 15 (1) of the Seychelles Public transport Corporation Decree; “the Corporation shall exercise its powers so as to provide, or secure or promote the provision of an efficient, adequate and economical system of public transport within Seychelles for the general public, consistent with a reasonable and adequate level of fares being charged.”
